Maxwell Training is just launching and will provide accredited training as an RTO.

We now seek an intelligent, reliable and hard working Receptionist Warabrook office. This will be a varied, busy and challenging role with room to grow and expand for the right person.

THE ROLE

  • Front desk reception of candidates, clients and students
  • Answering business telephone calls
  • Responding to course enquires and bookings
  • Document modifications (Word and PDF)
  • Entry of crucial information to our database / CRM
  • Updating our workers details with external safety management systems (e.g Onsite Track Easy and SGS Stax)
  • Running local errands

THE CRITERIA

  • 2 years + experience in a similar role (Essential)
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail in documents and CRM Systems (Essential)
  • Able to multi task, meet deadlines and follow tasks through to completion (Essential)
  • Commitment to customer service (Essential)
  • Intermediate skill on Word and Excel (Essential)
  • Recruitment and or RTO experience (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of local induction systems (Desirable)
