Service Administrator

Since 2010 Maxwell Recruitment has been a specialist employer of casual project labour to the mining, engineering and construction industries in the Hunter Region. But every now and then we have to bleach our blue collars and recruit white collar office roles for our clients.

We currently have an Immediate start available for a Part-time Service Administrator in the Newcastle area.



With this particular client being a global company to provide a full range of environmental services in the fields of water solutions, waste management solutions and energy solutions, we are looking for:

  • PRONTO experience (Desired).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.



  • Part-time (2-3 days) 8am-5pm (Very flexible to suit the person).
  • Follow up with clients regarding work orders.
  • Answering of phones.
  • Work in a fast paced environment.
  • Data entry.
  • Looking after accounts payable – Invoicing and PO’s.
