Peter Maxwell
Managing Director (B. Bus, Dip. OH&S)

Peter has worked as a specialist recruiter for heavy industry in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley since 2006. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in industrial relations and human resource management. Peter takes responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of the business.

 

Luke TresidderLuke Tresidder – General Manager
Luke has worked in the Recruitment Industry since 2014 and was heavily involved in the coal mining sector in the Hunter Valley and Central NSW. Prior to this Luke worked in the Industrial Maintenance industry for 12 years managing site crews and mechanical/fabrication workshops. Following this, Luke had 3 years managing new mining equipment builds for a large OEM company for NSW and South Australia.
Luke takes responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of Maxwell Recruitment and Maxwell Training delivering a service, tailored to your needs.
 

David HorwathDavid Howarth – Account Manager
With 15 years’ experience in Heavy Industrial Recruitment and Labour Hire in The Hunter Region, David is a valued consultant to our Clients and Workers for all operational matters.
David regularly attends our hosts’ sites for toolbox talks, safety observations and service meetings.

 

 

Rob Prycik – Account Manager
Rob recruits and manages labour hire for our construction. With 8 years’ experience recruiting for the civil and construction sectors he understands construction projects and their labour needs. Rob builds strong working relationships with his workers and clients – built on trust, mutual respect and delivering on promises made.

 

 

Marley MidwoodMarley Midwood – Accounts Administrator
Marley completed her Certificate III & IV in Business Administration with us and has been working in the business for over 4 years since completing her HSC. Marley ensures our payroll, invoicing and accounts are spot on.

Alyssa has 2 years recruitment experience and good knowledge of the skilled workers we need for our projects. Dealing with complex induction and training requirements for fast turn around projects Alyssa is a key part of our team.
